Welcome to the Tenpenny Research Library, now in MediaWiki format.

We've attempted to make this resource as easy to use as possible. If you are interested in becoming a Trusted Editor, please feel free to visit the TRL Trusted Editor page and apply.

RED LINKS in the world of MediaWiki are pages that do not yet exist and are open for creation by administrators and Trusted Editors. BLUE LINKS are links to other topics and pages in the MediaWiki. Finally, PURPLE LINKS are pages or links in this MediaWiki that you have visited before. Pretty simple, huh?

Well, why are there RED LINKS, anyway? Think of them like placeholders as we are moving ALL of the old TRL content here. (Once the content is all moved and verified, it will live here and the TRL URL will forward here.) However, red links are often seen while creating and editing pages. A user will often create an empty link because they intend to go back and add that content later. That's what creators and editors do!

There's a lot of work and time that go into managing a MediaWiki. Think of similar systems like WikiPedia. Yes, you guessed it: WikiPedia runs on a MediaWiki core.

What do I do, now?

You DO NOT need to have an account to use this Wiki, however, we highly recommend that you CREATE AN ACCOUNT. You will not receive an email confirmation upon registration. Once you create the account, you are logged in and ready to go. Having an account has its privileges and is the only way you can be raised to a TRL Trusted Editor, if you desire.

You can jump on over to the MAIN SITE INDEX page and see a listing of pages and topics.
